Dinner in the Four Brix Lounge.  Thurs, Nov 8, 6:30-9pm.  Join us for an intimate dinner where you can chat with Chef Steven Stroh and Winemaker Gary Stewart.

FULL PESTO BAR Start evening with pestos and bread, featuring 4 pesto flavors and locally made fresh bread

DINNER SERVED

  • Roasted Seasonal Squash Salad with a Flash-Fried Corn and Black Bean Vinegarette.  
  • Portabello and Wilted Spinach Fettucini with chicken, lightly toseed in a Basil Cream Sauce
  • Pumpkin Spiced Cream topped with Dutch Crumble and White Chocolate Drizzle.

$50 for Brix Head Members
$55 for non-members
Includes wine tasting to start and wines with each course.

Guest Chef Adrien Nieto from FOX MasterChef

Four Brix Winery is very proud to bring our first Vintner & Chef Dinner. Our Vintner, Gary Stewart, met Adrien Nieto sometime ago, and they instantly made a connection. They both share a passion for bringing the best their trades have to offer to Ventura, and that is why Gary asked Adrien to work with him on the first Vintner & Chef Dinner. “Adrien is constantly working on his art and never seems to tire on his quest for perfection.”, says Gary. “When someone finds their passion it is no longer work”.

Adrien was the runner-up from last season’s MasterChef but won the hearts of America. His natural flare for brightly-colored dishes made with a sense of self spoke loudly to the peoples’ choice. The sense of self comes from his grandmother who was his idol growing up and taught Adrien to create with food. “My grandmother was my first cooking inspiration! I always think of her hands when I’m cooking.”, says Adrien. He has been busy for the last year and has started his catering company affectionately named ‘…Cruda…’

Dinner will be served at 6:00pm on April 14th and you will be the guest of Gary and Adrien as they join you at the table.  Seating will be limited to 40 people.  Here is a link to the menu for the evening that Adrien and Gary call ‘Taming the Wild’

Five Course Course Dinner seating will be $80 for Members
and $90 for Non-Members.
