Bring those wine-making skills to the BrixHouse — our Blending Party is back! Join Winemaker Gary as he guides you through blending a few varietals to create our special member-made Brix Mix. This year’s Blending Party will get those competitive juices flowing as each table will be tasked with creating a blend to submit for tasting by some VIP judges who will select the best blend for bottling! Winning blend will be our next 2013 Brix Mix! You could have the honor of Top Blender.
Lisa Stoll is one of our local Sommeliers in Ventura and a huge supporter of the local wine scene. Lisa also is an expert tour guide with Explore Wines servicing most of the Central Coast. Lisa is a member of Court of Master and Guild of Sommelier, along with a level 3, International Advanced Certification from the prestigious Wine and Spirits Education Trust.
Chef Candace Hilger is a local favorite on the food scene in the Central Coast. Candace has a great wine palette and we often use her to help us with final blending on our wines.
