Four Brix will continue the series of Foodie Friday nights, held at Four Brix Winery & Tasting Room, featuring the very talented local Chef Stroh. Chef Stroh’s Pestos makes gourmet artisanal pestos for the food enthusiast. They specialize in creating products with bold unique flavors, using the best locally sourced ingredients and never any artificial preservatives.
MENU
- Sundried tomato/basil potato cakes with a chipotle aoli
- Filo cups filled with a Smok’n/jalepano/bacon/cream
- Blue/apricot crisps – A Blue/ Apricot/cream/ rolled into puff pastry, sliced and baked to little swirls of heaven served with a Blue/Apricot iceing
Foodie Friday will held during our regular business hours Fri. 4-8pm.
