November 10th

Chef Candace Hilger of Twenty88 Restaurant will host a Cooking Class at Four Brix Winery on November 10th, from 10am-1pm.

$57 to include instruction, recipes, food to enjoy or to go, if not finished, and wine tasting!  Maximum 30 attendees.

Menu will be appetizers for the holidays:

• Unbaked Cranberry Brie with green apples & walnuts
• Inside-out caramel apple bites with goat cheese & dried cranberries
• Shrimp salad canapes with cucumber cup
• Warm crab & artichoke dip
• Chocolate cups with fresh berries and lemon cream
