Chef Candace Hilger of Twenty88 Restaurant will host a Cooking Class at Four Brix Winery on November 10th, from 10am-1pm.
$57 to include instruction, recipes, food to enjoy or to go, if not finished, and wine tasting! Maximum 30 attendees.
Menu will be appetizers for the holidays:

- Inside-out caramel apple bites with goat cheese & dried cranberries
- Shrimp salad canapes with cucumber cup
